Blogger Buddy Spreading Rumours About Jubirev….
JubiRev is STRONG and this rumours spread by an anonymous blogger that are soley based on self gain motives (advertising dollars) has NO impact on JubiRev.
I don’t know if you are aware of it, but this blogger buddy puts everything and anything on his blog about others, but NOTHING about himself...
He by the way thinks every MLM is a ponzi as in fact he forgets to mention the BIGGEST ponzi of all times on his blog and that are the money printing machines of the FED itself and the people who control them!!!
Now about the lawsuit stuff. Actually their suit is a counter measure as Randal had no choice but to initiate a suit against them on Feb. 21. He resigned his position back in January but still maintained 20% ownership.
However, due to some major concerns he had and what that would mean for him from a liability standpoint if he maintained part ownership of the company, he was willing to walk away from his 20% ownership for $1.
They instead, wanted him to agree to a non compete that was never in place in their original agreement. When the talks soured, his attorney advised him to seek legal recourse. He did and their suit is a counter measure.
They know if the issue goes to trial that they would not be able to substantiate their claims under oath. It is really unfortunate but these types of things go on behind the scenes in this industry all the time.

Yes, I have seen some of the articles online that you have mentioned; and yes, the name JubiMAX is referenced on several court documents. Let me assure you that you have no worries.
Much like the magazines in line at the grocery store spilling the beans on who Brad Pitt had dinner with, who lost weight, who gained it, who is dating who etc… some of the non-reputable drama articles get quite a bit of attention and many of them are biased to one side—relying more on opinion than complete facts!
However, as you can probably imagine, it’s quite difficult to read when you know the parties personally. Imagine how Oprah’s family and friends feel when magazines share stories of her weight gain etc. That is how this is for me. It’s unpleasant. Mostly because I know so many of these people and consider many of them to be my very good friends and peers.
What you are seeing is the good and the bad of the legal system in play. One can sue another, make false accusations and claims until they get to court and then allow the judge or jury to decide.
Randal Williams, Paul Nash and I worked on several businesses together. I consider them both to be friends, and I know that they are friends with one another as well (best friends would be my experience). So, to see them portrayed in public with private opinions on opposite sides is less than optimal for me.
Randal Williams is one of my closest friends and early mentors. He is a man whose integrity and honor is unquestionable in my opinion—and that of many other industry leaders that know him. To read the baseless accusations being thrown around was disappointing to me personally.
T. Le Mont is an amazing leader whose dedication to helping others seems endless. I recently met him in person at an event and I am so happy that I did. He is a real man of integrity who puts his following before his personal income.I understand that when top leaders and people exercise their freedom to work on other projects feelings can be hurt.
Despite my personal feelings, very little—if any of this—has anything to do with me or JubiRev / JubiMAX.
Personally, I was very excited for the team—including Randal—when I heard about GoFunPlaces. Randal tried repeatedly to get me involved with GoFunPlaces, but I declined repeatedly… I was busy working on some very big projects
GoFunPlaces has an online penny auction, selling pots and pans and other high end luxury items. JubiMax does not have a penny auction, but has its own proprietary line of nutritional and beauty products (amazing, btw).
These two companies are not competitors and, as one can see, the compensation plans are unique from each other in their own ways.
Please note that none of the programming of the JubiREV / JubiMAX compensation plan or platform has been implemented by any programmer who ever worked on GoFunPlaces’ software.

With this said, I have asked our attorney to work with theirs to ensure JubiREV / JubiMAX is no longer mentioned in their arguments.
